If its a gen 5 or lower, just xfer it via pokebank and hack it. If it passes the poketransfer thing, its considered a legit pokemon by nintendo's standards. Hence why I have a shiny togekiss with helping hand. (Hint, Togekiss can only learn helping hand from Pokemon XD)
