God is not a genie, nor a magic 8 ball. He doesn't give you confirmation of anything over random events. This isn't even about PAX; I don't care if you don't go, but looking for signs by casting the dice is a pagan practice, and essentially what you're doing. The Bible instructs us to not search for signs in such ways. Gideon asks for signs that were impossible. He asked for the dew to be in the fleece, but not the ground, and for confirmation, asked for the ground to be soaked with dew, but not the fleece. I'm concerned for you and your family because looking for signs in things of this world is dangerous. You're supposed to listen to the Holy Spirit inside of you.
