Holy crap, I come home and find more people than I dreamed I'd get. Sweeeeeet. Well the OOC is being made right now and should be up in about an hour or so. I'll post it at the top of the first post for anyone interested. The OOC will have a lot of information regarding character creation, how to leave a character and pick up a new one and how to even depart from the story permanently, should life demand it. Thanks so much for all the traffic/support guys, it's gonna be a fun ride!
Deeply interested in the concept~I would very much like to particpate, if you have a spot open.
There aren't really "slots" so yeah, don't worry. :3
Interested. Hope there's space for one more! AHAHAHAHA -- oh jeez that was a terrible pun...
Yeah that was pretty terrible but hey, terrible puns are what make RPs great. That's about it, right?
Always bring your towel
^This
I'm interested. Should I bring my towel?
With any luck, Stephen Fry will narrate! Cross your fingers folks.
Is there anymore room? I am totally interested.
Yep, there is!
Aye, well, at least they can still bring interesting setups to the Earth stories - especially the non-modern-day Earth stories. But yeah, it's nice to see them go to another planet and just let the setting be . Especially since (in the Classics especially, I feel) they really don't seem concerned with making alien planets that actually look all too alien - but rather, are just using the concept of an alien world to say "It's an alien planet! We can do anything we want with it!" even if the premise of whatever's going on seems rather human. But I'm ok with that, since it allows them to use virtually any setup ever. Which makes me think - are the alien planets here going to be much like that? Or will they all be very distinctly alien? Same question goes for the alien designs.
As it turns out, most planets are very hospitable and look like Wales. I'd say appearance of aliens and planets should vary, some could be purely volcanic and need special suits to explore, or some could be rather tame and populated with local animals who rule the planet. I'd rather leave things open, rather than tell people what's what. And in terms of alien design, I've had to think it over a while, since I'm demanding pictures/drawings be as "real" as possible in terms of making a Character Sheet...different aliens will human traits, others should be just as crazy as a glob of floating energy. Even so, I'd rather take the tone of reality versus say, anime or cartoons, hence the need to have real details if possible. But with aliens, it will be tricky.
So interested. Let's go watch Eta Carinae implode upon herself in a hyper nova. Daddy likes.
Explore all the stars! And probably unlucky planets...whatever.
As long as our spaceship will have a gym on board I'll be fine; I am on weight loss. :p
I could show you a planet that's full of muscular people who work out all day and work on their tan?
I'd like to be in on this. Only one issue however, I don't have a lunch box. Can we make a stop at an intergalactic fast-food service?
Fine but I'm not paying for you, earn your own space bucks, pal! XP
