I'm interested and would probably join. Some character ideas:

[*]A government scientist who worked on the first vaccination, has concerns over the new patch[/*]
[*]A human trafficker who sneaks undesirables into Byzantium from Earth, based in the Outward Districts[/*]
[/list]

Just what I could think of from the info given. This RP looks like fun.
