Just so you know, Prince. The "Fuck off and stahp" card, while a valid thing for a GM to do... is a very poor way to keep players. Some see it as an "If shit doesn't go the exact way I want, fuck it all" type of thing. If there is someone who is particularly disruptive, annoying, overpowered, metagaming, or leaking plot info... then yeah, I guess it's a good thing to do. But to insinuate that you would just use the Rite of Creative Domain to get rid of something you dislike... I can't help but see that as a slight abuse of authority.

When all is said and done, it is your choice, of course. I'm simply stating my opinion, based on observation and interpretation.
