Rite or Creative Domain is also a great tool [b]FOR[/b] the roleplayers. It's like annexing a state. Once it's added, the entire country gets the benefits of the addition. It's much less of me abusing power as me making the protocol of the RP known. Also, read here:

It's the last line of action in the worst possible scenario. There will be many actions and conversations that occur before I personally invoke this Rite, but I am giving myself the ability to do so - just as I am giving every roleplayer the right to use the resources other roleplayers present the roleplay with.
