Actually, no. If he slowed her by three times, then her brain is slowed by three times. If it takes her 0.5 seconds to do in real life, it's going to take her 1.5 seconds in the slowed down time. 0.5 seconds in real life is the same as 1.5 seconds in slowed time. Thus, by simple algebra, no matter how much he slows down her time, it'll only be 0.5 seconds passing in real life. In fact, since her brain is slowed down, it'll still [i]feel[/i] like 0.5 seconds since her brain is processing what's happening three times slower.
