The Darkness backed up when the thing with six mouths entered the store. "That must be Zalgo." He said. He watched soulless run into the street and get hit in the shoulder with one of Jane's knives. He backed up, building up some darkness in front of him so the demons sent after him couldn't get to him without disappearing, though a few tried and failed. He decided to run into the darker regions of the store where it would be easier to manipulate the darkness when he saw a glint of light. He continued running, but tripped over something. He looked back to see a human figure that seemed to be emitting the same ticking noise they had heard earlier.

"Who might you be?" He said to whoever he had tripped over.
