Civilian: Very clean cut. Has jet black hair pulled into a top knot. His baby smooth face is stern and rarely displays emotion. He usually is dressed very well in an all black suit with white button up shirt and black tie.
Costume: Full Samurai armor and roningasa. All of which is bullet proof, protects him against the elements and augments his strength, speed and durability to super human.

Personality: He is very quiet and reserved. Almost stoic. As he has gained in strength he has gotten quite arrogant and cocky. He feels he needs no one and is almost to the point where he thinks he could do everything himself.

Origin Story: As a young child his parent were killed in a plane crash over Japan. He survived because of his teleportation ability and was adopted by a 
Japanese CEO of a weapons company. He was taught the ways of the martial arts and of the sword. The discipline he learned allowed him to better control 
his powers.

Equipment: Roningasa interlaced with carbon fibers and kevlar. It has several cybernetic implants that help increase his brain function. It gives him a 6th sense that can sense danger. It also helps to hide his face.

Full samurai armor. Full of cybernetic enhancements that make the suit bullet proof, enhances all his natural abilities, makes him impervious to the elements. and has internal dampers that allow him to teleport without affecting his healing ability The internal dampers also increase and decrease the inertia from teleporting at will (ie. He can speed up or slow down himself, or objects he teleports).
