I've to as of yet read the updated Sheets. When I do I will add additional comments to the same review post. It's linked in the original post and I'll relink it once the comments are posted too. 

As for the human propagation concept, I'm fine with it if it's something everyone else wants. My human sub faction can operate independently. 
Speaking of which @serp we need to work on something xD I just need to edit it to mention the sphere as an origin somehow and why it's separate. Most likely wanting autonomous capital control free of the AI seeing as how it's essentially a conglomerated company-nation.
