CorruptedShadow, well, the idea is that your character will already start off overpowered and will only become increasingly more powerful as the RP progresses. Hence why S.U.P.E.D. consists of the most powerful superheroes alive.

As for those who've posted a CS, I recommend taking a look at my recently posted CS (my second post), especially the Powers/Abilities part to get an understanding of what I meant when I want your characters to be "overpowered". If you decide you want to increase your character's power level, you can still do it now.
