A simple fix would be to add a few spaces/indentation just before each new power (note: that's spaces, not line breaks), assuming that this forum allows for that in the first place.
 - Look at a random thick book to see what I mean. Most of them will have lines where the 'speaker' changes from one character to another offset a bit to the right, this allowing the reader to instantly notice when this shift happens. It really helps to stop the book to change into a giant wall of text.
 - Alternatively, you can add dashes in front of each new power, or [b]bold[/b] the name of each power/ability.

 As for what I mean with meaningless numbers:

These bracketed numbers pop up in several places around the post. Am I right to assume you copied the whole deal off of a wiki somewhere?
