The15thSpycrab, funny enough, this is the first CS I see here that is too overpowered. You character's creation power, when granting a wish, is basically god-like. Also, his indestructibility is too much as well. Basically, his conjuration needs to be weakened even when granting a wish and you need to list more weaknesses and/or attacks that his actually vulnerable to.

CorruptedShadow, the problem is that S.U.P.E.D. is a team of the strongest superheroes and your character is just way too weak as he is right now. They wouldn't accept him.
