Well, there is firstly the physical resemblance. Both possess blonde hair and blue eyes so that is an initial thing; but on a surface personality level they are both loud and brash types. I think of Ino as a sophisticated/female Naruto in some sense. She is more dainty and such, but also loud. On a deeper emotional level, I feel that they are both encouragers if that makes sense. Whereas if Naruto was in a relationship with Sakura, she would take his affection for granted because it's always been there. She would not be built up by his affection which would essentially make her ask for more from him. In which case he would probably feel unappreciated and it just would not work. In the case of Ino, I feel that she would appreciate his affection and then pour that same affection and encouragement back to him. It would be a more equal relationship. 

Also, Batman's a hero because he lacks the super-powers and is therefore not a super-hero. However Captain America -does- have some powers. They say peak human performance, but honestly it's beyond that IMO.
