Nic regarding your recent post it came to my attention that you're using a form of god-modding which is against the rules.

You're claiming that members of other Squads are training members of your Squad, as well as Gio, which is something you essentially cannot do. You do not control those Squads therefore have no say in what those members do unless you've gained permission from the people running those Squads, or Gio have contacted the people running those Squads themselves. Another exception being if you had a character in another Squad and got that character to help you out.....But since you didn't that's a form of god-modding because you're pretty much saying Kaizo, Shiro, and assuming Sosuke if he's still alive agreed to help out Squad five when that isn't the case. Not to mention those Squads would be too busy training themselves instead of worrying about another Squad.....Another Squad that should be Kido-based, not really should be worrying about Hakuda or Zanjutsu, maybe Zanjutsu for Zanpakuto's but Squad Five/Kido corps are mainly focused on Kido. Should keep the all-around fighting to the Squads that are mostly about all-around fighting like One & Six.

Not to mention Gio is supposed to be running Squad five, and wants to be Captain. You would think he would put in the effort to train his own Squad instead of getting other Squads to train them. Take a look at Shiro and Hikari, Shiro took his Squad on missions and worked them. Hikari took his Squad on missions, sparred with them so they can better be strategic and use teamwork. Do something worth noting.
