The IC (in character) is for story, character posts.
OOC is for general info. Characters, plot, general idea, etc.
I may make a CS, but I'll wait.

So basically...Edit your first post, putting in the intro, CS, details, rules. Etc.
Character Sheets are basically what people use to submit characters.
