You should just make a temp Dean, somebody who isn't too noticeable. Like they're always holed up in their office because they're too busy. Just so you can get the roleplay going and that way it would be easy to just have somebody fill in the spot later on.

OR give her an assistant, somebody to run around and be her voice until somebody can give her a face later on.
