If I remember right, the Showa-era Riders were somewhat similar to Cyborg 009 (same guy wrote them and all), although the only one I was considering who's from the Showa-era is the original.

Kabuto seems to be the favourite, which I guess works out fine because I've wanted to use him in something for a while, although the reason I was thinking of making my Rider character a den mother is that they were all adults and I didn't think that adult heroes were actually allowed if they weren't a den mother or a guardian. ^^; I mean there [i]is[/i] a Rider who's highschool age, but I don't think he'd really work in this, partially because it would be too much of a stretch to claim that he could speak English. Hmmm.
