Reading over Monkeypant's app the only thing I see about the Greater good is that the nation comes firsts, and it doesn't seem to be a major part of there culture. And while service to the Lance Union is a way to get higher up, its mainly intelligence, so you end up having the Goverment Lancian dominated. 

Also I don't see any mention of anti-matter weapons.
