Kole had quickly hurried after Callum both eager to see what other lands lay before them and to make sure he didn’t end up on his own without anyone. But wondering the darkened streets of an abandoned city Kole quickly decided that the plan had severely backfired. He had lost sight of Callum when he had gone around the corner of a very tall decrepit building but lacking the courage to call out for him, Kole was left alone With every creak and crack of the empty husks Kole’s heart leapt up into his throat in fear. Multiple times Kole caught himself jumping at shadows under the broken gaze of the long dead city. After nearly screaming from a trip Kole once again resumed trying to calm himself down with couple of deep, steady breathes of the burning cold air. “Calm Down Kole.” He muttered quietly to himself just in case something was listening. “Just, try to distract yourself. Think about something else.” He chuckled nervously. But as he rounded the same building for a third time, staying as close as he could to where he had last seen Callum, he found that it was much easier said than down.
