Appearance: Generally wears a turtleneck with a military overcoat, completed with ridiculously British mustache that makes his pride.

Personality: A strict old man, he is a no-nonsense kind of guy that has very little patience for 'Petty Bullshit', especially if it comes from someone less than 35 years old. His life is regulated by routine and discipline and he expects everyone's to be so as well, else they are 'Soft'. He has great respects for people who 'Do what they must for the greater good', this respect is divided in half for those who fight for a good cause while being deplorably undisciplined or those that obey the orders of their superiors even if they obviously don't follow the needs of the community.

History: Born British from a nurse and a military man, he joined the army and soon lost his father during 'The Troubles' when he was killed by the Irish Revolutionary Army. He then studied in international law before being deployed in the Falkland War. Afterward Reginald served under the command of the UN in multiple countries, including Bosnia and Rwanda. It was in these travels that he met with Arika Tsueko, a chemist working for the UN to identify chemical weapons, they soon fell in love. At the end of his service he went back to the British army and asked to be transferred to the Consulate in Arika's home city where he eventually became chief of security. With her they had 2 sons and 1 daughter before she was killed by a petty criminal trying to steal her money, stabbed to death. 

Today he lives alone, his eldest son also working in the city as corporate manager, his middle daughter working in Canada in international trade and his youngest son studying in Britain.

Occupation: Chief of Security in the British Consulate of Sakurami.
