Iskra thought about it for a moment. "It's good to hear that Prudence has the next generation of her family on the way. As for that... that other stuff, yeah, love is important. Still, there is something important in having more children. I remember once when my father was humiliated when he had no eggs on the way when the other males in his village did. My mother wasn't happy about that either. I supposed it called his virility and her fertility into question. While they had more kids later on, I never really forgot that for the last seven decades." 

"Well, maybe my father is" Larek suggested to Nyx. 

"Not sure. At least a dozen" Veax replied.
