Esuterura did her best to clear the roads. Anything without enough natural elements she had to leave. Pulling some rubble away she was able to free pedestrians trapped behind it. For those she couldn't get to she relayed a message to the others. When she came across any broken pipes shooting out water she froze it at the ends. It wasn't a permanent fix but it was the best she could do.
