Once the Hulk was down, Kijani started helping with the clean up process, which for her included making sure people weren't dead or bleeding. Her knowledge was limited, but she knew how to set a broken bone, at least. She was in the midst of the crowd, mentally debriefing herself about the fight. It hit her then, and she got very confused, wondering how she could have missed something so crucial. 

"Hey... anyone who can hear me..." She was speaking to make sure it was caught on the earpiece. "...I... I think there's something wrong."
