Hm. Alright so now the ideas I've got floating in my head are
-Once again, the Indian-themed heroine that can summon energy arms/hands
-Younger girl, has radiation powers, wants to join the league because she has no way of peacefully applying them (like Cyclops' laser eyes) seeking a way to implement her powers for good
-A supernatural-themed woman, likely Valkyrie-themed, beautiful, fill in that "Wonder Woman" spot.

And as I continue existing, more ideas come to mind. Woe is me. ;_;
