I have always wanted to do a sort of rp like this.

A very open story. There is a bunch of wiggle room.
“Unwanted trash” and other undesirables are sent to a planet over run with powerful, carnivorous plants. As far as the human race is concerned, they are all forced to turn into primitive animals or be conquered by the planet or its humanoid inhabitants. The humans of the planet have their own system of government consisting of Rings. There are four rings based on energy bands worn on the wrist, upper arm or ankle. These Rings are known as the Light Ring, Sun Ring, Blood Ring and Sky Ring (Yellow, White, Red, and Blue). The ring is made up of 3 commanding people titled as Top, Second and Third. If you want to take any position as your own, you will have a battle to the death or willingly give up the your rank. and it will be publicly announced. (in however way they see fit, humiliating or not.)

You also have those that don't belong to any Ring called the Lopers. Lopers are usually human and other humanoid creatures. They live where ever they can and however they can. the planet itself already has dangers. But that will be elaborated on later. The rings aren't in any sort of war, as of now. they are more like very "tense allies" - Skelly).any takers?
