Go find your sekirei backed into an alley try to help her. Kiss her and wreck the shit out of the enemy sekirei or force'em to run away. 

The East and West sides contain most of the offices as well as some of the center. The North is more of shops and the south is housing. The docks I suppose can be on either side but there isn't much room for docks per say because there's only a deep river nearby.
