Kaizo sat in his office, it was odd...being a Captain...he was now in charge of people, however he was sure this was just a phase...he'd get used to it. Just as Kaizo thought this he heard a knock at his door and sensing who it was he perked up a little, looking up to the door and preparing himself he then spoke "Enter" this was another odd thing...working with the love of his life was definitely odd but it was nice also...going on missions with her was something he took pleasure in...however it did scare him...he couldn't help but think of the worst...He could protect her but what if there came a time he couldn't? This was half the reason he requested her as his Lieutenant...she could work hard and she was smart but also so he could train her and help her get stronger...perhaps one day she'd become a Captain also and that thought made him feel at ease...knowing she would have become so strong...it was really all he wanted now...

Angelo went to practice one he finished his tea he went to the squad two training area and he started writing on building his speed and endurance. Angelo would start and practice his shunpo using it a multitude of times before he would need to stop himself. Angelo needed to practice on a real target do he started to sneak into the squad 2 captain room, normally Angelo would be hurt for doing so but the captain would usually sold him on his technique and tell him what needs to change. Angelo captain was very helpful to him when he was training ad long as he made sure he wasn't disturbing something the captain was doing. Angelo started to sneak through the room trying not to make any blouse from the floorboards. ...
Rio Okotaru Darishimo Once she heard her Captain's voice resonate from the other side of the door, Rio quickly straightened her clothes out and fixed her eye-patch, a habit that she had formed during her times visiting Captain Kuchiki. She always wanted to look professional and be taken seriously so keeping up her appearance was important. Opening the door, Rio looked in to find her Captain seated. Quickly but quietly closing the door, she immediately bowed respectfully towards Kaizo, just as she would of done each time she entered Captain Kuchiki's office. "I apologise for disturbing you Captain but I thought I'd inform you of the progress of our Squad members from what I've observed. I've wrote a detailed report about each member and what I've gathered from observing them." Only once she finished her sentence did Rio finally rise. Walking over to Kaizo's desk, she passed him the report she had wrote by placing it on top of his desk, turning the paper so he'd be able to read it. Taking a step back, Rio continued to speak, her eye keeping contact with Kaizo's. "To summarise the report, overall progress is gradual but positive. Each member seems to be training themselves daily from what I've seen. However, there is certainly much more that needs to be done. I have thought of a few suggestions that could help improve the Squad as a whole as well as improve effectiveness of training. If you wish, I could compile report of my suggestions, which would also include research and findings from what we already know with opinions from members of the Squad. Just let me know and I will get to work on that straight away if you'd like, unless there are other errands that you'd like for me to take care of first for you Captain?" As Rio spoke, she could feel another presence approach the door and then enter without the Captain's order to. She didn't know how Captain Kaizo would feel about something like this, but Rio hated when people didn't respect the rules. "Please excuse me for a short moment Captain." Rio shunpo'ed right at that moment and reappeared in front of Angelo before grabbing him roughly by the collar. There was no expression nor emotion on her face, making her look almost blank as she dragged the guy to the door, opened it and chucked his body out of the room. "If you try that again, I won't go easy on you next time. Learn some manners and knock on the door before you disturb the Captain. Got it. Good." She then abruptly slammed the door shut before Angelo could say anything. The whole time Rio's face was straight, clearly she had done this to others before. After straightening out her clothes once more, Rio returned to her previous spot, bowing. "I apologise for the rudeness of that member Captain, I will be sure to it that it doesn't happen again." Raising, Rio looked back at Kaizo and kept quiet. She had said enough, now was time for her Captain's response.
