For #4 she just makes a copy of her zanpakuto that she can control mentally. Since it is not her actual Zanpakuto, she can use it only for five slashes, one blast of spiritual energy (like a sticky bomb or a mine), or can partially block one low leveled Kido attack. The last option will only be seen as a let ditch effort, since taking a direct blast like that can harm her more than it protects her.

 After that, it is unusable for two turns.
