I have two things of note to say.

First, this chapter is kind of chunky and long because I wanted to get a bunch of power descriptions out of the way instead of pussyfooting around with them. Deal with it.

Second, there will almost certainly be no new characters added after this chapter. If you have not been shown or named yet, you're probably never going to appear. Deal with it.
