I just want a little more info on your character : is he a Splicer or a resident of Rapture? I am leaning towards the latter because expedition members are not supposed to have plasmids yet. If he is a resident of Rapture thats fine, after all my character is.
If you want him to be an expedition member then he can get the lightning plasmid later on. Also, did you read the posting rule? What do you think of it?
