(*grins* You don't know Kijani...) Kijani stared at Kaidan, barely blinking. She felt odd... She didn't know him, but she wanted to trust him. He wouldn't hurt her, would he? His eyes were so nice... Her instinct reasserted itself hard, and Kijani shut her eyes, flinching as if she'd had sand thrown in them. Hissing a sharp swear word, she gritted her teeth and dug her nails into her desk. Of all the powers, she had to be paired with the one guy who had some kind of mind control... Ugh. It was going to be Anthony all over again, wasn't it? She wasn't having it. "That... that was interesting. Very... well, there's something, definitely." She didn't want to give him the express knowledge that he could have any level of control over her. "I say you try out some of the fine control courses. They teach the students with any kind of kinesis to hone their powers. Instead of just throwing boulders, you learn how to pick up pebbles one by one. It might help you focus whatever that was." She rubbed a spot between her eyebrows. "Also, never do that again to me, please." She didn't realize she was leaving marks in the desk. "I think we need to run a distraction play. You get their attention and coax the attack, you teleport out of the way, and I come up from behind and strike the blows. We do that as many times as we need to... that way you can do what you know. I notice you didn't mention any kind of fighting skill. You might wanna get on that. Even if you never use it, having the dedication and attention span to even learn to fight well is a good enough thing to learn."
