Make your own gear, your own faction, your own special pip boy or a new weapon. You aren't bound by traditional fallout though we won't be without it. There is a lot to he done in OOC so take into consideration also your good and bad skills, three tags as is the classic way and balance it out, I will reject if I think you're overpowering the character.
