I recommend you also discuss a government type. Every empire/nation/faction has some type of government system to lead their people with. For example, the Equestrian Empire is a Theocratic Monarchy, or my race, Sazkarjhia is a Theocratic Dictatorship (The difference between a monarch and a dictator is that a monarch usually inherits the role, while a dictator is appointed to the position), but also has a democratic Parliament.
