Kalinda starting to laugh, taking in her own fear and sealing it away for use. She rose into the air as the ice started to form, locating Kat easily enough. Kat was in trouble. She couldn't react like Kalinda and just filter the fear away, Kalinda body did if naturally, an instinctive response. 

She pinpointed Kats emotions, and began to draw her fear away, something she would have to do constantly. Kalinda wasn't sure how this gas worked, but she wasn't taking chances as she rose above it, as flood fainted, Kalinda focused all her attention onto Nicholas her power rose in side of her like a wave crashing down, and she attacked him with all her strength. With her telekineses, she was stronger then she had any right to be, and she knew that this attack might just kill Nicholas 

That thought sunk in even as she flung him hard, and before she knew what she was doing, shadows had formed around him, stopping him in mid air. She returned him to the ground, landing back down herself, panting.

"Enough" she said softly, her voice voided of emotions. "We have won. Flood is down of his own stupidity, and I nearly killed you. Enough"
