Miwa then continued walking, moving a little faster this time.Walking up the stairs, Miwa had already asked a young lady for directions to the Captain's office. While making her way to her destination, she scanned her surroundings, admiring the hard-working Shinigami as well as the maintained gardens and clean pathways. With her smile growing further, Miwa gently knocked the door and waited while holding the Bento boxes.

Kurisu was still sat within his fathers office doing the paperwork when he heard a gentle knock at the door which made him roll his eyes as he then spoke under his breath "Who is it now? seriously..." Kurisu then got up from his seat and walked around the desk and made his way to the door, he then slid it open and was about to give some abuse when he saw his mother causing his eyes to widen "M-Mother! W-What are you doing here? Fath-I mean...Captain Kuchiki is busy training right now, he has been for some time...as usual I've been left with the paperwork" Kurisu's eyes then drifted to the Bento boxes "Oh? what do you have in there? a present?"
