Super Powers (if any):
-'Blink': Essentially short range teleportation with the added effect of leaving a faint after-image that remains for a split second afterwords. He cannot 'blink' others with him, only small objects like weapons, plants, etc. Successive uses cost more energy.
-Enhanced Sight: His eyes allow him to spot things at good distances and see more detail than most others.
-Reflex: His enhanced reflexes are almost instinctual, allowing him to quickly react to many actions or situations. Sometimes he may do something without meaning to, like hitting someone when they surprise him.

Background: Louis's family started of in the low class of society, and after his birth they did everything they could to move them up in life. It took ten years for them to have a suitable home in Newtown, settled cozily next to the Newtown Park. So this is where he grew up, average family, average grades, average lifestyle.

It wasn't until his first year of college, on his 19 birthday no less, that he changed. It wasn't sudden, but neither was it subtle, as it took place over the space of two days. He quickly lost his friends and chances at a normal life, but the real tragedy revolved around his parents. As soon as his parents found out, they disowned him and moved out of the city within a week. His parents were highly against supers due to their overall reputation as criminals and they just couldn't take the thought of their only son being one of them.

For the past three years now Blink, as he is now known as once he was certain everyone had forgotten his real name aside from those with official records, has had to resort to common street fight to win money. Even participating in a few underground super arenas for the prize money. No one can figure out where he lives now, though plenty of criminals want to figure it out for various regions.

Personality: His mood and actions differentiate depending on the situation, but for the most part he is withdrawn and unsocial unless someone actually gets him to interact with them. He is particularly nervous, or shy, around those of the opposite sex. As something to pay attention to, he is reluctant to kill.

Description/Image: He has slightly dragon-like qualities that can be seen by the observant. Lightly scaled hands and forearms, slitted eyes, faint signs of scales around his eyes, his ears are somewhat pointed, sharp teeth, and he has horns just starting to grow out the back top part of his head. Other than that he is athletic, has black hair, blue eyes, and stands straight at 5'9". Caucasian and no facial hair. He stands on the balls of his feet at times, which may mean that he hasn't fully transformed yet.

He completely covers his body in a way that could help hide his identity in public by wearing a baseball cap, black tinted goggles, and leather gloves. The rest of his attire consists of boots, t-shirt, and a trench coat, all in black aside from his shirt, which is white.[/hider]
