Estelle felt bad as she watched Guy panic outdoors. But Estelle feared her manager more than she pitied this boy and therefore did not even twitch to remove the painting from her bag. Her books were her top priority, and her mother had always said to put her job over others, among the many things her mother had told her. "I can't really take my mind off work, my manager would impale me if I so much as considered forgetting work. Besides, Guy here wouldn't be the only one waiting for the release of the next book" she told Clarience. Estelle then realized how rude she was being, but than again going to a lunch with this boy would be more awkward then having to write in front of her parents. "Okay, what if we both went?" she suggested, taking her mind off the subject of her family. It seemed like the only solution, seeing as how both of them didn't really find going to dinner with him being not awkward. Estelle still felt guilty about the painting, but she definitely did not feel guilty enough to surrender it.
