I'm gonna go with second year, mainly because I think there's going to be next to no one in the first year so I would prefer to avoid being in solitary confinement the whole RP XD

I picked the age of 16 because it was ambiguous and I could pick and choose a year when it became more apparent which would be more popular. Not to mention it was a common age for the characters in the Persona games XD
