Quick question on honorifics.

When we are using honorifics, do we use first name or last name for em? Its because I'm kind of confused to whether to call Roxas character by their last (Yoshida) or their first (Akemi) when do the honorific stuff.

Also, what did you trio think of the linking the backstory idea that I pm'd you guys?
