Right. Tracker diary as in like the specific person whom she wants to hunt down will be bound to a 'curse' metaphorphicaly it means that even if one were to migrate, change their identity etc the person would be hunted to no end, meaning it's like a radar? Anything you want me to do?

Kplike add it's unique feel? Something like a buff? Like the user tracks the target untraced? Somewhere along those lines?

Anyway, the answer is the hooded parts.
