Rio Okotaru Darishimo Rio watched Nohime as she started to speak up, noting how she seemed nervous. "I thought so.... Unfortunately for you, there aren't any all-female Squads, and even if there were, you would be expected to work with male allies during emergencies and such. You may not of had the intention to kill him, but your Zanpakuto seemed to." She then took another sip of tea, as calm and collected as usual despite not really having any clue of how to start helping this girl... But Rio knew she'd think of something once she had spoken with the Captain. "The bottom line is that you're going to have to keep trying to overcome it, or atleast contain it. I don't want to appear as insensitive, I understand that traumatic experiences will change a person in some way or another. However, in this case, if you do plan on being a part of this Squad, we've got to work together and somehow get you able to control yourself around males. I'm not saying it will be easy or that it will happen overnight, but it's definitely something that needs to be worked on and I'm prepared to help you." Rio was very careful of her words since she wasn't certain whether Captain Kaizo would agree to this.... Either way, even if they did turn her away, the likeliness of her killing male members of other Squads was too great. Atleast Rio was able to do something about this before the issue began springing out of hand... Besides, maybe this girl just needed someone to be her mentor of some sort and help her, that'd give her two Shinigami to take care of but that didn't bother Rio, she was more than willing to help. Rio soon found herself smiling at the girl. "What are your thoughts on this? I'd like to know what you feel would be best?"
