In response to this, Venom is a very hard character to pull off WITHOUT the symbiote. Hybrid on the other hand, can be a multitude of things like how Red Hood was the first alias of Joker. Both will present issues of their own, but that can turn into a major arc for both of you guys: the fight for the symbiote. Maybe the symbiote gets on Venom/Green Arrow first, then it goes onto Hybrid, then the two fight for control of it before it splits into 3 (the third will be a surprise for a climactic end to chapter 1 :3)
