Gio let out a sigh of relief, as if a weight had been lifted off his shoulders. The following threat barely phased him at first. Not until he registered it as one. "no...i'll take m leave. " he said with a smile "thank you." He left the squad 12 barracks but glanced back at it as he walked away. Maybe it was just survivors guilt but Gio couldnt figure out why he wasnt killed. a lot of people lost their lives in the betrayal. Gio decided it was best not to think about it, now that he had the story he didnt really care for the reasons. With that decided he turned and flash stepped toward the squad 5 barrack. more than enough had been accomplished for the day. He went into his office and took a seat, leaning back in is chair as he sifted through reports. there were less than usual since they started the new schedule. overall there was the same about but more spread out through the days tat it was easier to manage and not be overwhelmed.
