Yes, you need to have your orders in by tomorrow midnight. I'm going to be mr. bossy GM and say that one week is plenty of time: if I can do the results for your orders and update your sheets in two days time, it shouldn't be difficult to simply make those orders, since all that's required are bullet points of what you'd like done. Especially since 'nothing' is a valid order.

I did not forget your merc. results, Cale. There's simply nothing to update until the next season. Also, so long as no changes are made to your kingdom's official stats, I'm okay with re-linking to your updated page.
