Kaizo walked to his door and opened it and held it open for Rio "After you Lieutenant" waiting till Rio entered Kaizo would follow behind then walk around to his desk and sit down behind it "Now. This new person. What of their skills? I trust your judgement to allow them to join is fair but what I must know is do you believe they have any potential to succeed? After all we need strong Shinigami in this Squad and if this person will show potential then we will both be training them to make sure they succeed here..."
