here's a rough writeup of the concept for the new realm we added:

[b]Religion:[/b] [not named]. State and religion is one. The Empress is at the head of the Faith.
[b]Society:[/b] Militaristic expansionist. Massive standing army.

[b]View of Evokers:[/b] They do not mind Evokers living, so long as they loyally serve the Empress. Many in the empire consider the only good evoker to be an evoker in chains. They do not approve of just killing evokers. All Evokers shall get the option to serve the Empire. If they don't want to, they'll gladly use torture and/or imprisonment and/or other means to "persuade" them to change their mind.[/hider]
