I think I [b][i]might[/b][/i] start this Thursday evening/Friday morning. I won't be able to post Friday evening or for the most part of Saturday though; as long as people don't get too far ahead this should work out because it'll give people time to post. 

Also remember that characters need to catch my Warden's attention, so don't expect to just sit around in the shadows and be randomly selected :P That's why I said about people having their own starting plots.
