Basically, um, the figure of Scarlet Babylon kind of fits the Devil Arcana very well.

And the Devil Arcana fits Midori because... well, it can be about lust, indulgence, obsession, anxiety, passion... and while Midori is certainly truely in love with Akemi, she is... well, lustful, obsessive, wants to be indulgent, passionate in a kind of unhealthy way, filled with anxiety about Akemi all the time...
