As soon as Gerald and Anastasia left the area, Elana ordered for the rest of the guards to leave so that should would be able to speak to Samsul privately. He wasn't going to show any of his current emotions, but as a Queen, she had to be good with people, and she was lucky that she was good at reading emotions easily. As the last of the guards left the area, the Lost Elf turned to the Queen and looked at her blankly. "You wanted to speak to me about something, your majesty?" She took a short breath before looking down the halls and relaxing her posture, not standing up as tall as she was before and kept her eyes on the halls. "It's about all of this. About my daughter's return, about the end of the war, your race, it's about so many things, Samsul and I can only hope that you understand why I put you as her personal guard." Her voice was also different, much more calm and relaxed than it was before, and in most cases the look she had on in public was mainly just an act. She had to be like that for her citizens and prove to be a positive example for them. "I also know that it may or may not have been the best decision to bring her back, but we will need her. She will have to take the throne, whether or not she is ready." She continued on, talking about why she made the choice to bring her back instead of leaving her there to grow a normal and simple life like she wanted to. Samsul still had questions as to what she knew about his race, and he knew that she would provide his answer in time. "Your race will grow like it once has, and it will spread throughout GreenSpring and maybe through the other countries as well. You have great strength, and I know that you'll be the one to lead them back to greatness like they once had."
